  • We did not seal these driveways but this is sometimes what happens when you use latex to seal a driveway...

    • Unfinished Latex Driveway

The homeowner felt it wasn't worth getting one more bucket.

    • Latex Driveway

No masking off of concrete and brickwork.

These pictures represent nearly all driveways that were sealed at one point with the latex from the 5 gallon buckets. If you yourself are thinking about saving some money and sealing yourself, you might want to rethink it if you have a newer, unsealed driveway.

    • What the end of a SealTECH driveway looks like.

This is what the ends of all of our jobs look like. They are taped for a look that is finished with no mess every single time.

    • Finished line for a just paved look

If you were to rate a painter on how good he is at what he does...wouldn't you rate a driveway sealer the same way?

The way we seal driveways is unlike any other. When we seal your driveway, we are treating it in the same manner as if it were our own, masking off all hardscaping to ensure the most incredible driveway sealing experience you have ever witnessed.

    • Here's what stamped concrete looks like next to our work.

    • The straightest lines in the industry. Period.

Here are a few more examples of the craftsmanship and time that goes into each Driveway Treatment. Whether you have Belgium stone lining your driveway, a long retaining wall, or even an inlaid medallion, you can be rest assured when we peel off the tape.

    • Before

    • After

Located in Hyde Park, NY, this driveway was just under three years old and over-due for a sealing. Since there was no binder left on the surface of the driveway, we had to apply two coats of acrylic. The first coat was applied perpendicular to the road starting at the far side and working to the near side. Once the first coat was dry (5-10 minutes), the second coat was applied parallel to the garage, working our way to the road. The end result was a beautiful driveway that looked as though it had just been paved!

    • Arlington Hunt, Poughkeepsie, NY
Age of Driveway - 1 year

    • The Legends at Beekman Country Club, Hopewell Jct., NY
Age of Driveway - 1 year

Most of our work is performed in new subdivisions located throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley that are less than 10 years old. The reason for this is that most of the driveways have not been sealed yet by other inferior driveway sealants that can actually shorten the life of asphalt. If installed correctly, driveways can last more than thirty years if they are sealed every two years with acrylic.

Age of Driveway - 10 years (never sealed)

    • Wappingers Falls, NY
Age of Driveway - 3 years (never sealed)
      Paver Edging/Retaining Wall

The two above driveways are examples of hardscaping that must be carefully masked off to avoid any over-spray from occurring. The square-footage of the two above driveways are drastically different as the one on the left is well over 3,000 sq.ft. while the driveway to the right was only 1,100 sq.ft. More prep-work was needed for the larger driveway as was reflected in the final price.

    • Beekman, NY
Age of Driveway - 6 years
      Times Sealed - 3

    • Hopewell Junction, NY
Age of Driveway - 3 years
      Times Sealed - 1

The house on the left is an example of a client of ours who has had us seal his driveway every two years since his driveway was installed over 6 years ago. To this day, the driveway still look as it does when it was paved.
